&Sailing on the Mediterranean [play video]
A great day out sailing on the beautiful Mediterranean! Enjoy cruising around exclusive bays, sight seeing, snorkeling and swimming.
Price: €64 per person for a day of sailing.
&Adventure Canyoning [play video]
Get the adrenalin pumping with a day canyoning down a beautiful fresh mountain river. Spend 5 hours trekking rivers, abseiling waterfalls and jumping off cliffs! A reasonable level of fitness is required.

&Scuba Diving [play video]
Explore another world under the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Spend 5 hours out at sea (including a 2 ½ hour tour of the coast) enjoying spectacular sights of the Marine life off the Nice coast. You will be accompanied by experienced Padi diving instructors and no experience is necessary, as full training will be given before you head out to sea.
Trips leave the port twice daily at 9am and 2pm, everyday except Sundays (9am only on Sundays).

&Ski Nice in the Southern Alps! [play video]
Spend a great day skiing or snowboarding of slopes in Auron, Isola 2000 or Valberg during your stay in Nice. With more than 350km of runs to choose from, all levels of skiers/boarders are catered for: from complete beginners to expert daredevils.
All three resorts are less than two hours from the Villa Saint Exupery Hostels and easily accessible by bus. The Nice ski season runs from December to April.
Price: €42 per person (includes transport, lift pass, equipment hire).
&Waterskiing and wakeboarding
A great way to start the day! Spend 20 invigorating minutes waterskiing and wakeboarding on the Mediterranean from 7am – 9am.
Price: €25 per person including all equipment and lessons for beginners.
&BIKRAM Yoga
Become eagle or cobra in a sauna atmosphere (30 to 40°)
Bikram Yoga is a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture.
It takes place in a hot room to facilitate deeper stretching of the body, eliminating toxins more rapidly and efficiently, thereby reducing the risk of muscle injury.
A regular practice of Bikram yoga also improves body posture and spine alignment. It relieves back pains and headaches; strengthens muscles; reduces symptoms of chronic diseases; gives better self confidence; improves body image; improves flexibility, balance and strength; gives a general feeling of wellness and peace.
